The last of the Breakdown Summer Showcases took place this weekend with several varsity and junior varsity divisions being played at St. Michael-Albertville High School and Middle School. Some new talent was on display yesterday although the results were fairly similar as once again Spring Lake Park and Champlin Park walked away victorious. 41 teams from the 2007-08 state tournaments played in our Summer Showcases last year
1)Bring your own basketballs
2)Uniforms must have #’s on back or front. (Practice jerseys are great)
3) Bring your waivers sheets or sign them when you arrive
4) Check in at least 30 minutes prior to game time
5) Consessions available
6) Make sure all your players receive a head shot from our photographers
20 minute 1st half with 1 minute stop time
20 minute running 2nd half with 2 minutes stop time at the end.
3 timeouts per GAME
Foul rules same HS league game. (7 bonus, 10 double bonus)
Players have 5 fouls
1st Overtime is 2 minutes stop time.
2nd Overtime is sudden death
1 timeout in overtime (No carry overs)
