Northern Lakes keeps rolling with win at DL

The Breakdown was at the Northern Lakes at Detroit Lakes game last Thursday and will have a full feature story soon on the Lightning program. Northern Lakes continued to push its record further into impressive territory with a 6-3 defeat of the Lakers on their home ice. But will the Section 8AA coaches reward the Lightning with a high seed in the upcoming playoffs? Unlikely, based on their schedule filled with Class A teams and the program's past history. Coach Shawn Chambers and a handful of players will talk about the relatively new co-op program in the upcoming story.
